This is a good summary to be honest.
I don't have any issue with him, he did his best which turned out to be about par, and there was no suggestion he would get above that.
His muck and nettles bollocks probably plays well amongst a certain subset of teams, but it's definitely not Everton who have always at least aspired to be a bit more than that.
Even aside from lacklustre results he didn't help himself by his press conferences. He won't get a bigger job than this one.
