Over the age of seventy here and have taxed online for years, but at that age do not renew your driving licence online, you can lose the right to drive some of the vehicles over a certain weight for towing, also certain size minibuses. I applied via DVLA, and had to have a doctors letter including eye test, which is set to a higher standard than ordinary licence.
Don't forget lads, one Evertonian is worth 20 liverpudlians.
