It's got dead confusing now the government left it up to local councils to decide if they want to keep it or not. I'm on the border between Llangollen (Denbighshire) who have kept it and Chirk (Wrexham) who have changed some of it back. You can drive a mile or 2 and pass through so many different limits you spend more time wondering if your going fast enough or too fast than concentrating on where your going.
