Access into the stadium i'd have thought, Everton fans using the North Stand enter via the East Stand and presume the turnstiles in the North are away only. Also the vehicle access in the NW quadrant would take out a chunk of the away team allocation if they were housed there and not sure it'd have been possible to site it on the NE corner instead, too tight for heavy goods vehicles to turn in on that corner possibly.
