You’ll need their customer number and surname and then you can add their account to your network. Once you transfer it they will receive something in their account asking them to accept the transfer. Once done, the ticket will be emailed to them which will contain a link for them to add it to their digital wallet.
The whole thing is shite. No idea why the whole thing can’t just be done in the one ticketing area of the app, rather than having to receive separate emails etc.
Not sure if it’ll be the same process for the Cup game but that’s what it was for the Brighton game.
