I appreciate this may be a fanciful and romantic notion but on the subject of your ground being transformative I reallt think with the amazing work Everton in The Community do this move, the ground and where its situated could be potentially brilliant, with added funding and backing etc for the club and EITC to do what they do on an even greater level than they do already do on an even more impactful scale than they already do. Fingers crossed anyway.
