We're trying to transfer my dad's ticket to my sister (a Forever Blue member), but it's not happening. Has anyone managed to transfer a ticket to a friend through the online system for the Brighton game? We keep getting an error message about not having a "common delivery method".

Currently been on hold for over an hour to the box office...
