The "Educating Yorkshire" one returns soon.
Reminds me of a passage I read recently in a book about the Development and growth of Public Health in Victorian England. The first National Congress was held in London for the Sanitary Inspectors, where they were to discuss the problems and solutions of the various cities. The Chairman said that while things were generally slowly improving in most places, some were still desperate. He quoted Bradford being worst as an example.
A man in the congregation stood up and said( in a broad Yorkshire accent) " I'm not having that about Bradford , have thee not been to Barnsley?"
Made me laugh, anyway.
