I've been using Boots for years for contact lenses with no issues but couple of weeks ago had to have my glasses prescription changed slightly for the first time in 6 years, they kept ushering me towards the designer frames and failed to mention i get 50% off because I'm on their contact lens reward scheme (lucky I knew this). Anyway chose a cheap pair, picked them up yesterday and they've completely fucked up somehow because it seems as though I'm looking through the bottom of a milk bottle with them on (didn't know this when I picked them up as I had my lenses in so just thought it was because of that). I'll have to take another two trips into town, one to point out their error and another to pick up the new pair when they fix them.
