I know the fella's behind that one, and they reckon it's the club themselves, in cahoots with planning, who are pulling the strings, trying to delay all the places around the ground getting up and running.

Whether it is I dont know but it makes sense from the club's point of view as if they can get more people going in the ground / fan plaza for the first few games then they are more likely to then stick to that routine going forward.
