My thoughts (for what it's worth) exactly.
There's been a quite a few videos showing Grealish as a decent human being and he will fit right in with Everton and their ongoing community work.
He is a winner so let's see how he fits in with the playing side and how others adapt to him and his style. An exciting loan signing who is making people think and talk about Everton outside of the city in a positive way.
