Dodging the dog eggs on the walk down to the Walton Social Club from Goodison was part of the Everton match experience for me and the kids. The size of some of the aforementioned shires made me question whether it was just dogs or whether a portly fellow made himself egg bound for a week before the match and then laid a cable on City Road the night before the match. I wonder if the phantom shitter of old Walton town will venture down the docks? Or will a new shitter be there?
