To build a massive stadium and have next to zero car parking right next to it, does smack of a huge missed opportunity. You only have to look at the car parks City have right next to their ground to see they are raking it in from that point of view.

For match goers its probably not that much of an issue as we go regularly enough to find and settle for an alternative (plus a high percentage will want a drink and wouldn't consider driving anyway). But if the place is going to be a go to destination for large concerts then a sizeable number of people will want to be able to go in their car.
