lets give them a chance, I'm sure all this stuff will get added over the course of the first season, relatively rare that projects of this size get finished on time anyway.
I bet Goodison didn't have all little touches done when it opened.
I would imagine next summer when all the actual legal/structural stuff is sorted you can add all this stuff.
