I'm on a Samsung not an iPhone but ST sounds the same. Click the link and it went to my Google wallet with the ticket visible. Then ckick add and all done.

Roma ticket there was no link as such, just 2 tiny "icons". 1 for Google and one for apple. Clicked on it and bingo.

Last year my Roma tickets went into a different wallet for an email address I never use! Still worked like but a bit more faff.
