And it's always said that about "non transferable" in the small print on tickets...I'm pretty sure every gig ticket says that on it somewhere too.

People will just do what they've always had to do since all the digital stuff came in:-

Send the original email / delete ST from phone
Mate installs from email / uses / deletes ST from phone
Owner reinstalls and carries on.
