i helped build some of the offroad trails that run down from the top of there about 15 years ago.
still go through there on a bike now and again. about 3 miles from mine.
i have got a cracking offroad route that takes in the dream (sutton manor), clock face country park, burtonwood, sankey valley up to carr mill, then up to billinge*, and back to mine. nearly all off
road and some decent riding for local stuff.
*highest point in merseyside and brilliant views
How can you tell if someone is a Kopite? If the hat, scarf, T shirt or tattoo isn't enough of a clue, they will have told you within two sentences. Basically, it's a cult.
