You are talking about an organisation that threatened the captain of England with a ban if he dared so much as wear a rainbow armband in Qatar, and who's leader stood on a platform defending the regimes antipathy towards LGBTQ+ supporters who travelled into the tournament.

There is absolutely NO CHANCE that FIFA would ever do the right thing when if it threatened their sponsorship deals and contracts. I'd personally love to see the WC played out infrastructure of empty stadiums as foreigners refuse/fear to go and locals can't be arsed to watch, but that won't happen either.
