I'm a TA and worked in year 11 as a 1 to 1 before the first lockdown. A lot of the children were rude to staff and each other as well as not being bothered in class. They had a special unit as most secondary schools seem to have and a lot just walked out of lessons and went to sit in there because they were bored.

As they were in different ability sets there was a difference in behaviour between ability levels. The pupil I was with was good at the 3 sciences and in the top groups and by and large the pupils worked. English and PSHE were a different matter completely
