Feel your pain to some extent. Not as bad.

Moved south to north last year and I still really harbour a grudge at the way the sellers solicitor made everything difficult for no obvious reason other than he could. It’s an absolute shit show, from viewing, offers, gazumping, having to basically beg for a mortgage of any kind from a cunt bank to the absolute stress of actually moving all your stuff once all the other hurdles are done.

Plus side I love my new house and where I live 🤷‍♂️
