They have no choice. They are just not sold 'under licence from' Everton.

They don't say, you can sell them for 20% of our prices, it happens because the laws on copyright etc are an impasse when it comes to navigation around Chinese laws etc. You try sueing one of those places, you'd have zero chance. It's big business mate, Evertons losses barely scratch the surface. It's easy to Google and read up on, if you won't believe what I'm told by someone who deals with it first hand.
