I am on Tamulosin tablets to help me wee stronger.
Just checked them on tinternet and contraindication is reduced sperm, difficulty ejaculating. I haven’t really noticed this, except what you’d expect from old age, but stopped taking so much ibrobrufen because that did effect me after a few weeks.
