storm in a teacup spart lod but sorry to hear things are on top right now - hope it all passes as soon as it can.
re this place - it's good to have breaks from posting. Everyone goes through moments when they've got sucked in to the compulsive repetition of it all.
Even those of us with a consistently high level of posting.
