It's always been like that. Used to lift-share with a couple of Wrexham lads a few years back, when they were extraordinarily shite. They were unbearable and entitled then as fans. Wouldn't want to imagine what those fellas are like now.

No surprise given one of their stands is also called the Kop.

To be fair though, I live in the town (city) nowadays and it has improved quite a bit. It's far less moody. There seems to be more town pride, things are cleaner, businesses are a little busier. Might be nothing to do with the footy team, but there seems to be renewed investment in the town. People are proud to live here, inexplicably.

I even see tourists walking round occassionally, which is very odd since theres fook all else here to do.

Weird seeing A-list celebrities walking round town on matchdays sometimes as well.
