I decided to get a new pc after all. If I wait one year to buy a new one I'm sure inflation will drive the price up by ???% And if these tariff wars continue, the price of basic materials needed to build pc's - like plastic, glass, copper wire, lithium, microchips, etc, etc, will drive the price up even further.
I checked some review sites, and what Amazon recommends and I decided on a Dell Inspiron 5430. I do NO gaming. Computers designed to handle gaming will usually cost triple the price of a comparable computer. My new pc will arrive Saturday :-)
