I signed up. They asked for my name, address, e-mail and a password. No mention of any credit card # - they always stated that it is a free account. They sent this reply:

Your free hosting order has been successfully placed and will manually verify by our team. For security reasons, we carefully review each request, so your login credentials will be sent to you within 24 working hours.

So I guess I will have a free account there in 24 hours.
