When we lived in Detroit, I took it upon myself to pull up our living room carpet. OMG what a mess. It had been there for almost 20 years With the cats Steve had and all the smoke etc..(of course no help from him at all.) I even refinished the hardwood floors they had under it. Beautiful.!! I think between that and caring for my mom that is how I had a stroke. Please be careful!!
