besides my sanity.

I keep getting messages saying this is missing and that is missing. I am thinking maybe those geeks took it and placed it on the hard drive's goodies.

So is there a place I can check to see if I have everything intact? I can`t even save images anymore in my files on here.
BUT what will happen if I put that hard drive thingy back in this desktop. will everything return? that is on it?
