If all those sites are blocked by an adblocker, why not just remove the adblocker and live with the ads? I once downloaded an adblocker and it blocked the final image I made from imaging sites like online-image-editor. I removed the adblocker and I just click on that little x on the top right corner of the ads. On boardhost, I often get a big ad when clicking on a post. I hit my "back" button to go back, then I click on that same post and it shows up fine. All those ads are a little annoying but having the adblocker was worse.
