interesting indeed. That wouldn`t work for me without a mess on the stove. I use butter to brown the bread and mayo on the cheese.

I could just see my stove. BUT I will say thanks for posting this..My daughter in law does it without any kind of something in the pan. They are "healthy" eaters. (I like mine better ha!) I am gonna pass this on to her.
