First of all..let me tell ya. Still no good with my CB. ugh!
I watched Utube and followed the directions how to shut it down and restart thinking maybe I could get connected to the internet. (after that last power outage, we had) But that was a disappointment. a no go there.So this is what it said..

then I found a page that says bluetooth is on..
xfinity wifi,.. connected,no internet.

so after all that I had better call the xfinity office???
do you see something that I should have checked??
