in Michigan. Our wind chill is -20 and it`s only like 7 or 9 degrees. I guess depends on what side of the street you live one ha! But they are saying if you are out longer than 30 minutes you can get frostbite. 
I just canceled a doctors appointment for tomorrow.
and got groceries yesterday. So I am NOT going no where.
