IP Unlock ?? Do you mean IP Unblock?
If you installed that.. yes Remove Delete It.
The new Adblocker should start working on its own.

Up in the right hand corner just to the left is those three vertical dots. Is a little square.
left click on that and you should see the AdBlock all if you installed it.
And a little blue thumb tack.
Click the thumb tack to pin the AdBlock emblem up there.
