Hi i am researching my WARD/MOXEY family who lived in Cowick street and Alphington Street. John WARD 1809 and MARY ANN MOXEY 1817. They were shoe makers. im hoping to come to Exeter this week to see the streets and maybe find some graves at the church. any info would be great. regards chrissie

There are very few remaining headstones at St Thomas Church Exeter as the grounds have been landscaped.if they died before 1877 when the municipal Exwick Cemetery was opened then St Thomas church is likely where they were buried. Exwick cemetery records can be searched https://exeter.gov.uk/people-and-communities/bereavements-services/burial-index-cards/
