Translating French Record

I have a handwritten document from 1894 recording a marriage in Paris. My O-level French is too long ago to be counted on, and the handwriting is not always helpful. Does anyone with more experience in these things than me fancy a challenge to help me out with a translation? I can provide a link and/or an image.
