Thorn children on 1921 census

hello, I am having difficulty finding some of my great aunts and uncles on the 1921 census. Their names are Ruth Alice Thorn, born 1908, Arthur John Thorn, born 1910 and Ernest George Thorn, born 1914.
They were all born in Exeter. All of them are thought to have been placed in children's homes in 1917 when their mother died. I have been able to find their father Charles living in Exeter with another son, Samuel.

Think have possibly been able to find Arthur and Ernest believe both in Bristol.

Surnames are possibly mistranscribed, link shows

An Arthur THAS born 1910
and an Ernest THOM born 1914

Can't find Ruth yet though.

There's an Alice THORN b 1908 in Bristol, place of birth unknown

Thanks to your help I have found all three children. They were in the Muller Orphanage in Bristol. I had expected to find them in Exeter where their father and two older brothers lived.
