Richard Harvey married Ann Uppy in Mortonhampstead .I need help to locate her parents she was born in Mortonhampstead in 1786

If you do a search for morotonhampstead history society, they have a page with transcriptions of births deaths and marriages, plus tombstones lots of Harvey names which might be useful to you.

Even though can't find a baptism for her, most likely Parents are William UPPY and Joanna BRITTON who married in Mortonhampstead in 1778.

Reason is they look to be the only UPPY family baptising in Morton around that time..

I would suggest that she may have been born slightly earlier and that her baptismal name was Nanney bapt 1783 dau of William UPPY.
