Has the Vanstone site giving coverage of the parishes in Devon which are on/partiallyon/not on the I.G.I. closed down or changed?

Thankyou, that was quick!! I am interested in finding parishes that are not on the I.G.I. as am struggling to find someone.
am looking for Richard Davies alias Pain of Bideford in 1701, was in Christow in 1702 with wife Hannah for baptism of Henry
