My grandmother PHOEBE WOODHOUSE b.Exeter Devon age 17 yrs was sentenced at Exeter Police Court to two years in a girls home Exeter 1914

Source Western Times 3rd September 1914..
She was sentenced for stealing from her employers.

Can anyone locate any home for girls in the Exeter area at that time.
I understand that there were photos taken of girls going into homes which is why I am searching. Thanks for any help. Sylvia
