I'm researching the TRICKEY family of Whimple and I see on the project log that a will for James TRICKEY was presumed destroyed.
However, using the new Full - Text Search facility on familysearch I have found a will where the date may have been mis-transcribed as 19 Feby 1853 when I believe I am seeing 1833. The will refers to James TRICKEY leaving all his property etc to his wife Joan. His sons William, John & James are also mentioned. This James TRICKEY died in 1834 and was the only James TRICKEY in Whimple that I am aware of who had a wife called Joan.
