the John Gibbins who married Judith died at ExeterSt Edmund 1591, she went on to marry a Richard Courtis the following year in same church.
There is another John Gibbins marriage Coldridge but it is after the baptisms of the children I have already found, this might be the one on the protestation return.
Might be worth investigating the other names on the Protestation return.
