Terry - Thanks for your response. I have already contacted them and am still awaiting a reply/acknowledgement. Their archives are held by South West Heritage Trust and although the catalogue shows Plymouth City records there do not appear to be the relevant records for Plymouth Borough. The only catalogue reference covering 1890 is for Devonport (ref PA1/2/1/5/1) and it is shown as scanned by Devon Family History Society!
