If you haven't yet discovered where Rebecca's parents were on 1841, the Mary aged 40 on 1841 census Berrynarbor is probably her mother. Her father was a William Watts and there is a burial in 1839 in Berrynarbor, which could be him, so would not be on 1841 census. William Watts (of Ilfracombe) married Mary Ann Watts 19.11.1822.
