Have you recently received your results and aren't sure what to do next?
Are you wondering how DNA testing will help you in your genealogy research?
Then this course is for you.
Over four sessions Michelle Patient will explore this new genealogy tool, the five main companies who offer DNA testing for Family History, show how to extract genealogy evidence from your results, as well as help you decide who to test and which tests to incorporate into your research. There will be lots of time for Q&A.
14 January: An introduction to DNA
21 January: What test results look like
4 February: First steps in analysis
11 February: Useful tools and techniques
Places are very limited. We hope this course may be repeated in future to avoid disappointment. Bookings can be made through our society shop
