That looks like the one on 1871 census with wife Ruth, (nee Bailey) married 1866 Wellington regn area. There is one on 1861 who is a carter at Dartmouth, place of birth given as Dartmouth by his employer, perhaps because he did not know when asked by the enumerator. (Have found that before, local place of birth put instead of don't know by the householder.)
