The base information comes from a marriage certificate giving the approximate birth date of Edward as 1838 and census provides a single listing in 1871 providing a birth place of Torquay. This guy, so far, was not born and did not die!
I have found no trace of Amos, save for a single entry in Doncaster.
Any Bulley’s in Torquay (which was not Torquay in 1820’s) in the early 1800’s would be of interest.
As to Edwards death, there is no trace, so far. The latest information is that Taunton poor house spent 10 years looking for him in the 1870’s for deserting his wife. At this point they were at South Moulton...
