Due to surname difficulties in my research for a Philip Perriam / Perham / Perram (B) 1782 in Cullumpton, Devon and married in 1803 to a Rebecca Ellis in St Thomas The Apostle Exeter, I wonder if the following research information could refer to the above individual.

Cullumpton Examination of Philip Perram touching his legal place of settlement, 16 lines in MS on single small folio sheets, signed by justice and Perram 1803.Perram had been born in Cullumpton and apprentice there by the Churchwardens.
I have tried to obtain any information from the Exeter Records Office, however have been given to understand that no record could be found. Any further help as to where I could try, would be very much appreciated.
