Thought I would do a fresh message and feeling bad for not answering all the responses to my query. I have gone back into what was suggested. David I looked at Cullompton and found Colebrook on an old map. There are several William Tuckers listed in the index of bapt no Thomas but will look further into what I found. I have to get it out of my head that Thomas Tucker was born in the Plympton/Plymouth area and its just because from marrying twice there living for the rest of his life there and his first wife Susan Glanville was born in Plympton St Maurice her parents lived there before moving to Plymouth chance he knew Susan when they were kids. He put his father's name and occupation the same on two marriage certs. Guess that is not proof though just a feeling. Anyway thanks again will go through things again. Perhaps Thomas really liked Plymouth area just funny there is nothing on him before 1837ish he was living with the Glanvilles before he marr Susan. Thanks again. Sue Murfin
