Thanks sue, I have worked out that my "lot" must be buried at the St Johns church, as I checked the main church records post 1841 for burials which should be recorded, and was unable to find them there. I found the website for St Johns which tells me that Edwin Tapper was the first child baptised there, and its the Tapper and Payne names I am after. So a visit there is on the cards. I expect they still have the registers too.
