56 right now. going to 67 today. we has a down pour last night. yard a bath tub when i got up still raining. so put on water proof shoes and rain coat by time i get out there it has quit raining. good thing i put lulu out she thinks she will melt in rain and wants to run back in. but okay this morn. she is so funny walking in wet yard the way she picks up her feet. got chickens fed

its daughter come to lunch day. we are having beef stew and strawberry pie, got to put cool whip on pie. made it yesterday. when i went shopping strawberries were on sale

i made 3 quarts OF APPLE JAM yesterday. that will last me a long time gave daughter a pint
